Tulip Cake


This was a cake for my mom's birthday.She loved it and I loved that she loved it! ^-^

It was white cake layers with dark chocolate ganache and fresh blackberry soaked and cooked in port. Yum! We all agreed that it was one of the best cake I have done so far!


All edible except for the dark stamens inside the flower. :)
